- For any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 14 business days of the date of receipt for a refund less the shipping charges and up to 30 days for an online merchandise credit. Please notify us via email, to ensure you have the correct return shipping address. We require email notifications for all returns... No phone calls please!! This procedure is done for legal and record keeping purposes.
- Please be advised it is not safe to send returned merchandise without a written confirmation from a store, therefore We, Lauren Jade boutique and associates are not responsible for misguided or lost packages sent without written consent or confirmation from A Lauren Jade Representative.
- Merchandise credits are good for future purchases made on the site and are redeemable for up to one year from the date issued. Items purchased in the Sale section of our website are Final Sale and may not be returned.
- Exchange or Store Credit.
- We accept exchanges and store credit for the entire amount , no questions asked from two weeks from the purchase date. We only sell brand new high quality items, we do not carry defected, damaged, or returned merchandise
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to us for a full refund
Returns must be unworn and in its original packaging. If you are not happy with your purchase, just notify us via email and we will verify that you have the correct shipping address to ensure you receive your refund and that's it!

We are working on our site everyday to make your shopping easier! Only in stock items can be checked out, we do not take back orders at this time. Everything is very limited quantity, so get it while you can!

- We accept all major credit cards. We are currently not taking any PayPal payments at this time. We do not store any critical financial information in our database for your security.
- Viewing Your Orders
- You can view previous orders you've made and check on the status of your orders by logging into your account on top right corner of our website.
- Updating Account Information
- To update account information, please log in to your account using the email and password that were created when signing up for your account. Please update shipping address and billing address if needed before placing an order. Once an order is placed, the shipping address and billing address for the order will be no longer editible.If a mistake was made on the shipping address when placing the order, please contact us through email at email@example.com
